FAQs

Answers to all your burning questions

What is Festa di Noi?

Festa di Noi is a celebration of love, life, and friendship. After many missed milestones over the years, we decided to gather our favorite people for a few unforgettable days together in Puglia.

Is this a wedding?

No — while we are married, this is not a wedding. It’s a multi-day celebration centered on togetherness, incredible food, music, and shared experiences.

Is there a registry?

There is no registry. Your presence and the time we’ll share together in Puglia truly mean the world to us.

Accommodations & Logistics

What the hell is a masseria?

A masseria is a historic, fortified farmhouse, primarily located in the Puglia region of southern Italy, dating back to the 16th-19th centuries. Originally, these served as self-sufficient working farms and residences. Today, many have been transformed into luxury boutique hotels, rustic-chic guesthouses, and restaurants, often featuring olive groves, pools, and courtyards.

Are the masserias private?

Yes. Both masserias are fully booked and entirely ours for the duration of the celebration, allowing us to enjoy the space together in a relaxed and intimate setting.

Which accommodations are best for families with children?

Masseria Don Luigi is ideal for families with children, offering a large pool, playground, and plenty of open space for kids to roam freely.

Which accommodations are best for adults or those traveling without children?

Masseria San Francesco is best suited for adults and families traveling with infants. It offers a more serene atmosphere with a rock-formed pool, bar, and spa.

Do I have to stay at one of the listed accommodations?

No — you are welcome to stay elsewhere if you prefer. We’ve shared these options because they are close to the events and where many guests will be staying.

How do I pay/reserve my room?

You reserve by telling us what Masseria you would like to stay at on the RSVP link. You will pay us at a later date once we have everything situated.

Children & Babysitting

Is the event family-friendly?

Yes. Many events throughout the week are designed for guests of all ages, including children. Please note that Wednesday evening events beginning at 6:00 PM are adults-only.

Are babysitters available?

Yes. The hotel can arrange babysitters through a reputable service they work with regularly. If you are interested in securing a sitter, please let us know in advance so we can help coordinate.

Events & Transportation

Which events are adults-only?

Wednesday, September 16 — beginning at 6:00 PM (cocktail hour, celestial dinner, and Italian disco) — is adults-only. All other events welcome children.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes. On Wednesday night, transportation will be provided between 11 pm and 3:00 AM, so guests can fully enjoy the evening.

Do I need to rent a car?

A rental car is not necessary for Festa di Noi, especially if you are staying at one of the masserias and primarily attending scheduled events.

That said, having a car can be convenient if you plan to explore Puglia before, during, or after the celebration.

How do I get from the airport to the masserias?

The closest airport is Bari Karol Wojtyłan Airport (BRI), approximately 50 minutes from the masserias. Brindisi Airport (BDS) is another option, approximately 45 minutes away depending on traffic.

Uber is available in the area, though service can be limited at times. If you would prefer private transportation, we are happy to help arrange it for you — simply let us know in advance.

Food & Additional Costs

What expenses should I plan for?

All evening events and daily breakfast will be hosted and taken care of.

Guests will only be responsible for:

  • Their own bar tabs during the day

  • Beach day passes and lunch

  • Any meals outside of planned events

Everything else — dinners, celebrations, and festivities — is our gift to you.

Travel & Packing

What should I wear?

Dress codes and look books will be shared for evening events. In general, think relaxed and chic Italian elegance by day and festive, elevated looks by night.

Arrival & Extended Plans

What if I’m arriving on Monday night?

For guests arriving early on Monday, we have reserved Masseria San Francesco for that evening as well. If you are planning to stay there during Festa di Noi, you are welcome to stay Monday night.

For those staying elsewhere, we are happy to help coordinate additional accommodations — just let us know your plans and we’ll assist.

Are there plans after Festa di Noi?

Yes! After the celebration, we’ll be continuing the adventure with a small road trip and would love for anyone who is interested to join.

We’re planning to spend two nights in Ostuni followed by two nights in Lecce.

We will organize group dinners in each location, while daytime activities will be flexible and based on individual interests. Of course, we’ll happily share suggestions and recommendations for beaches, exploring, shopping, or simply relaxing.
