We’ll spend the day exploring the magic of Polignano a Mare — cruising by boat beneath dramatic limestone cliffs and into the shimmering sea grottos carved into the coastline. Back on land, we’ll wander the whitewashed old town, browse charming boutiques, and take in views from the iconic Lama Monachile beach. Expect fresh pizza, handmade pasta, and that perfect blend of adventure and dolce far niente that makes this corner of Puglia unforgettable.
Welcome Party: Over the Olive Groves

Our celebration begins with a view — ancient rows of olive trees stretching toward the horizon, their silvery leaves catching the last light of day.
Set on a terrace above the groves, this open-air welcome party is a tribute to the olive in all its forms: the fruit, the oil, the tree, and the tradition that defines Puglia. Bright, playful, and full of life, it’s a joyful gathering for every guest, from the littlest among us to the most seasoned.
Below, the landscape sets the rhythm. Mozzarella is stretched by hand and finished with golden olive oil. Pizzas emerge from the oven and are passed around still warm. Bowls of marinated olives, rustic breads, and local flavors invite grazing and lingering. Italian folk singers fill the terrace with music that drifts out over the trees as the sky softens into evening.
Spritzes in every shade sparkle against the green canopy — citrus, herbs, and bubbles served generously — while the palette mirrors the view: olive green, sunlit gold, tomato red, and Mediterranean blue. Festive, colorful, and beautifully unhurried.
Rooted in the land yet elevated by the view, this is a celebration of abundance, tradition, and togetherness. A night to wander, taste, sing, and toast as the olive groves below glow quietly into dusk.

Sequined constellations gather beneath the open sky as guests arrive in celestial cocktail attire, draped in jewel tones, silver, sapphire, pearl, and soft metallics. Planets begin to align, conversations spark, and anticipation hums softly in the warm night air.
Feast

Long communal tables stretch beneath the heavens, inviting laughter, storytelling, and shared wonder. Course after course of a stunning Italian feast arrives in generous procession — handmade pastas, seasonal bounty, flowing wine — grounding the evening in the richness of the land even as the atmosphere drifts skyward.
Ethereal, moody, and slightly surreal, the night balances cosmic wonder with earthly beauty. Starlight fractures across stone walls and moving bodies as Italo beats take hold and the dance floor becomes its own galaxy. Sequins flash like comets, cocktails glow like liquid planets, and rhythm pulls everyone into its gravitational field.
The sky still lingers overhead — but now it spins with us.
No curfew. No hesitation. Just cosmic grooves and moonlit mischief until the stars fade and morning quietly returns to claim the sky.

A laid-back day by the water, spent seaside at a beautiful beach club where the pace is easy and the mood is carefree. Swim, lounge, and soak up the Mediterranean sun before gathering for a delicious alfresco lunch, served with cool drinks and long, lazy conversation.
Family-friendly and open to all ages, this is a day for bare feet, salty air, and simple pleasures — nothing to do but unwind and enjoy the view.
Your beach club pass (roughtly $90 per adult) includes lounging gear (cabanas or umbrella, lounge chairs and towels) and a full-service wait staff. Full buffet lunch and drinks included. Reservations will need to be made in advance.
La Notte della Pizza

An outdoor pizza party built around a crackling wood-fired oven, where rustic pies are baked, sliced, and shared straight from the flame. Think blistered crusts, simple ingredients, and spritzes poured cold and often as the evening settles in.
